With the development of information technology,chaotic synchronization control has achieved many important theoretical results.In the 1980s and 1990s,applying chaos synchronization theory to biology and medicine has greatly promoted the research of biology and medicine,including cardiovascular,cerebrovascular diseases,nervous systems etc.Among them,the chaotic behavior of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular have also received more and more attention.As we know,myocardial ischemia lead to vasospasm.so,the study of chaotic coronary artery system synchronization is a key issue in biomedical engineering research.The research on coronary artery system is mainly carried out in the following two aspects:On the one hand,the existence of external disturbance and time delay,this could degrade system performance and it may lead to vibration or chaotic behavior.At present,many theoretical studies still have many conservatives.For this reason,we use the H? control strategy for external interference problems.Time-delay is likely to exist in modeling practical coronary artery system due to the speed of different patients absorbing the drug.This paper utilize the free-matrix-based integral inequality,Wirtinger-based integral inequality,extended reciprocal convex combination approach and developing delay-partitioning methods to further reduce the system of conservative.Based on the above mentioned methods,we can obtain a suitable controller to achieve synchronization of the diseased system and the health system.On the other hand,the study of the coronary artery system requires an accurate mathematical model,and the coronary artery system is a actually complex nonlinear system.It is difficult to obtain a mathematical model that is both accurate and easy to deal.Therefore,this paper introduce an observer to obtain an estimation system to achieve synchronization between the estimation system and the healthy coronary artery system.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,chaotic synchronization of coronary artery system can be obtained and it has certain robustness,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of coronary artery related diseases.
