Control based on state observer design problem of time-varying time-delay uncertain nonlinear system is an important research topic,therefore it has attracted the attention of many researchers.And at present most of the studies focused on the asymptotic stability of the system,and ignored the transient performance of the system,to this,this article aims at the several kinds of uncertain systems with time-delay observer and feedback control design and research its finite time boundedness,made some new progress,specific as follows:First,this paper studies the observer design of one-side lipschitz uncertain singular systems with time-delay stability analysis of the problem,based on the nonlinear of the system satisfies the one-side lipschitz condition and the secondary internal bounded,by constructing a new Lyapunov function,the application of Schur complement lemma,Jensen's inequality,liberty matrix technology concluded new sufficient conditions for stability of observer of one-side lipschitz uncertain singular systems with time-delay,and the design method of observer gain is obtained by variable transformation.Finally the numerical simulation results confirm the validity of the proposed method.Secondly,the finite-time boundedness problem of Observer-based Control for quasi-one-side Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying delays and parameter uncertainties is studied.The quasi-one-side Lipschitz condition is more generalized and less conservative than the unilateral Lipschitz condition.The observer-based observer is designed by constructing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using linear matrix inequality methods such as Yang's inequality.The control guarantees the finite-time boundedness of the closed-loop system,obtains a sufficient condition for the finite-time boundedness,and further realizes the simultaneous calculation of the gain of the controller and the observer.Finally,the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally,this paper studies a class of nonlinear stochastic systems with uncertain parameters based on the observer of the finite time control problem.By designing the observer-based control to make the closed-loop system with finite time random bound,and considering the relationship between the control output and external interference,the definition of the observer-based finite time controller of the random system is given.Then constructing a new Lyapunov function and applying the linear matrix inequality technique such as Schur complementary lemma,a new criterion for the observer based finite time control of stochastic systems is obtained.On this basis,the design method of observer and controller gain is given,and the numerical simulation results show its effectiveness.
