Kerogen is the main organic matter in sedimentary rocks,and is of great significance to the evaluation of oil and gas resources.It is generated by the chemical reaction of acidic reagents and rock samples in the preparation vessel of the dedicated device.At present,the preparation method ofkerogen at home and abroad is still mainly manual or semi-automatedmethod.Because the preparation environment is potentially corrosive,highly toxic,and other potential hazards,the performance requirements of the equipment should be relatively high.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of kerogen extraction and effectively prevent hazards,it is necessary to develop a new type of kerogen preparation device based on the preparation process of the national standard(GB/T 19144-2010),combined with the advancement of modern industrial technology.Based on the full investigation and research,and based on the national standards,the paper proposes a method and device based on the combination of intelligent measurement and control and non-contact stirring technology,aiming at making up for the existing kerogen extraction equipment.The overall design of the kerogen preparation system,hardware and software design,and the principle of machine production and debugging are completed.The hardware of the new preparation device are included byagitation equipment,The system of import and export of reagents,temperature control of containerand measurement and control system.Agitation equipment is composed of an automatic control mobile device and a magnetic stirrer.The system of import and export of reagents is composed of a peristaltic pump,a preparation vessel,a pressure tank,and a group of valves.Temperature control of container is composed of a heater and a temperature sensor;the measurement and control subsystem.The measurement and control subsystem can realize the closed-loop intelligent measurement and control function through data acquisition and special software.A data sampling interpolation algorithm based on S-shaped acceleration and deceleration is used to realize the movement trajectory design of the mover.Because the temperature control system in the preparation of kerogen has time delay,time variability and nonlinearity,fuzzy PID control of improved prediction model is adopted,achieving "pre-control" without mathematical model.The results of simulation experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of the design of the device.Because the rotor track passes through the whole bottom of the reaction vessel,the blind zone and consolidation phenomenon of the traditional magnetic stirring method is solved.The rapid and steady heating of reaction vessel is realized.Finally the design targets are basically reached.The new kerogen preparation device proposed in this paper realizes automation and intelligence,improves the quality of the prepared sample,effectively shortens the preparation time,reduces the labor intensity and the potential danger.The research results of the thesis provide important reference for the later practical and optimization research,and have broad application prospects.
