In the field of medical ultrasound,whether it is diagnosis or treatment,the measurement of ultrasonic parameters and the transmission characteristics of biological tissues are the most basic research topics in medical ultrasound.It is very important to get the ultrasonic velocity characteristics of soft tissue accurately in all kinds of ultrasonic testing.In view of the ultrasonic transmission characteristics of the anisotropic muscle tissue,based on the system integration technology of virtual instrument,this thesis realizes the integration of signal excitation,collection,display and analysis system,and develops a measuring system that can measure the sound speed of muscle tissue,and studies the change law of the propagation speed of ultrasonic in the soft fabric.The unique characteristics of muscle tissue are anisotropic complex media for ultrasonic transmission.Its velocity characteristics are very important for the inversion of muscle tissue characteristics.In this paper,the velocity measurement system of muscle tissue is constructed,and the change law of velocity along the different direction of muscle tissue is studied.The difference of the fat content and Young's modulus of muscle tissue and the difference of the sound velocity characteristics are studied.The results show that the muscle tissue velocity can increase the young's modulus,decrease the attenuation,decrease the sound absorption and increase the sound speed with the increase of the compression distance to the muscle tissue.On the other hand,the young's modulus changed hours and the sound velocity decreased;the difference of fat content in muscle tissue could lead to the difference between lipid compounds and fibrin in soft tissues.The two had a larger influence on the sound speed,and the sound velocity decreased with the increase of fat content;the sound wave coefficient was smaller when the ultrasonic parallel muscle fibers were transmitted in square direction.The sound velocity of muscle fibers at 45 and 90 degrees decreased,the direction of sound transmission and the direction of muscle fiber increased,and the acoustic velocity of muscle tissue decreased with the change of frequency.Through the construction of sound velocity measurement system,the sound velocity characteristics of ultrasound in muscle tissue are discussed.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical medicine to accurately characterize the performance and health of soft tissue,and can also provide a new technical approach for the mechanical properties of soft tissue and the diagnosis of pathological changes.
