In the current era of rapid development of information technology,with the con-tinuous improvement of technology and network,the communication between people is more convenient.But at the same time,information security has become one of the most urgent problems at present,and cryptography is an important technology to ensure information security.In recent years,quantum technology has developed rapidly.With the continuous improvement of quantum computing capabilities,the security of classic signature schemes has been threatened.Different from the clas-sical digital signature,the security of quantum signature is guaranteed by quantum mechanics.In order to protect the anonymity and privacy of message owners,group blind signatures were proposed.The application of quantum proxy blind signatures and group blind signatures has greatly protected the anonymity and security of electronic payments and electronic voting.Combining the properties of quantum proxy blind signature and group blind signature,we mainly study the application of two kinds of quantum signature in electronic voting:proxy blind signature,secure quantum electronic voting protocol,and distributed electronic voting scheme.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.A quantum proxy blind signature scheme is proposed based on six-qubit entangled state.In our scheme,there are two original signers and one proxy sign-er.For example,in the network election,two legal representatives simultaneously appointed a legal person to replace them for signature.In the process of signing,the message is always blinded.And our scheme introduced a trusted party so as to avoid the receiver's dishonest behavior.Security analysis shows that the scheme satisfies the unconditional security,undeniability,anonymity and unforgeability.2.An elaborate secure quantum voting scheme based on the quantum proxy blind signature was proposed.The quantum channel is four-qubit entangled state.In our scheme,there are several voters,one counting person,a supervisor.Supervisor can implement immediate supervision in this scheme.After the voter completed the voting operation,it was signed by the balloting center and passed through the quantum operation under supervision of the supervisor,and finally the voter opened the ballot counting statistical ballot.This scheme uses the quantum one-time encryption algorithm and the QKD protocol,which is very secure.Compared with other schemes,it uses less resources and has simple measurement.Under the current experimental conditions,the scheme is easy to implement and has strong practicality.3.With the election scheme in real life needs,we propose a secure and efficient distributed electronic voting scheme based on quantum group blind signature.Com-pared with other voting scheme,the scheme can protect the privacy and anonymity of voters,so that the privacy information of electors can be effectively protected.In addition,the scheme has fewer quantum resources,simple operation and strong practicability.
