Norm Accessibility Of Bounded Linear Operators

In this paper,we mainly studied norm-attainability of bounded linear operators.Using the polar decomposition and spectral decomposition of the opera.tor,we prove that the operator of norm-attainability is dense on B(H)and we give a more specific approach.As the application of the conclusion,we obtain some results of the norm-attainability of elementary operators.
