| The speed of high-speed train fast dynamic response,high impact force on the track,will aggravate the deformation of subgrade settlement.Coupled with the high-speed railway line settlement due to groundwater over exploitation and geological factors will cause subgrade.In order to prevent subsidence caused the occurrence of safety hidden dangers and accidents,the urgent need for high speed railway subgrade settlement monitoring key position.According to the actual demand of the high-speed railway settlement monitoring,the detailed analysis of the traditional electronic settlement the inadequacies of the sensor,introduces the settlement of sensing principle,the study based on Fiber Bragg grating for High-speed Railway Settlement sensor and fixed inner cylinder instead of traditional activity of floating body to improve the anti vibration,through the inner cylinder,the lower part of the high sensitive elastic circular corrugated diaphragm sensing micro level differential pressure and micro pressure strain conversion that the sedimentation volume and make full use of the space inside the cylinder and in the inner cylinder integrated environment and liquid temperature compensation unit and tilt measurement units to form a combined type structure.The settlement simulation experiment of settlement simulation system is constructed,the experimental results show that the linearity of the sensor is greater than 0.999,and the sensitivity is 0.86pm/mm.The research of settlement sensor give full play to the optical fiber sensing of high precision,no electrical measurement and adaptability is strong wait for an advantage for railway system of strong electromagnetic interference and the lightning environment,has good application prospect in high speed railway subsidence monitoring field. |
