The advertising industry has developed rapidly in China in recent years.The output value of the advertisingindustry is more than 1% of the GDP.Advertising agency business model is the advertising industry's generic model.Started from 2005,the mobile TV new media has developed rapidly,to 2012 the industry faced bottleneck,some operators' profit havethe negative growth mainly because of the impact of new media on the mobile Internet mobile TV media.This paper studies the new mobile TV media business models,and has a study to "M Metro TV company management strategy".This paper focus on business strategies in the current environment of Metro TV,the content includes the following aspects.First,starts from the status of the domestic research and development of mobile television industry bottlenecks.M Companies faces the pressure on operating costs and technology transition in the business sector the downward trend.Secondly,analysis the external environment by using PEST method.Mobile TV media industry in a favorable stage of development opportunity because of Government giving a clear supporting policy,liberal Economic and social environment,technically innovative requirements.Again,analysis the company's internal environment.The company has a scarcity of resources,the financial pressure on the debt-free,abundant cash flow and an experienced technical team.The company needs increasing investment for upgrading media quality and technology because the company is insufficient investment in brand building.Besides,the company's marketing is not strong because the majority of Metro TV supply chain is outsourcing services.Again,study on the face of internal and external strengths and opportunities by using SWOT analysis method.M Companies should adopt a comprehensive differentiation strategy and go cross-media,cross-regional business strategy.M Company should develop mobile Internet services based on combining with technical characteristics of the system itself,and attracting capital to the integration of the prior art.Finally,from a strategic direction,to ensure that Metro TV business to achieve strategic intent,M Company adjusts the market target,structural adjustment from all aspects,including human resources,marketing and financial management and corporate governance culture construction.Development of the domestic media industry Metro TV shows that,the operators can not be confined to regional carriers and localization management.The operators should positively innovate and integratethe mobile Internet technology.Only the company provide the comprehensive differentiated service,cross-regional cross-media business and the formation of industry alliances,the company could face the challenge and based on the industry-leading position in future competition.
