Study On The New-type Urbanization In Under-development Areas Of Hebei Province

18~thh CPC National Congress stated that new-type urbanization will become an important carrier for overall construction of a well-off society in the future.Practice has proved that the new urbanization has become a new normal to promote China's comprehensive industrialization and modernization of a significant symbol of development.However,accounted for one-third of the total area of Hebei,less developed area are rural villages,which suffer from weak foundation of agriculture and alack of industry support.It has become the province's new town construction difficulties and weakness,compared with other developed areas both inside the province and outside the province.Therefore,the under-development areas of Hebei province should act locally,set the interests of the people as the core,uphold the party's leadership,give full play to government functions,strive to ensure the speed and quality of new-type urbanization and promote the improvement of economy of under-development areas.Under the guidance of Marx theory and by reading lots of the documentation and paper as well as practice,this paper did a syetematical study of the new-type urbanization in less developed areas of Hebei province:defined the new-type urbanization of related concept,and did a analysis on the origin and importance of the principle;from the examples of both domestic and overseas under-developed areas,did a summary in their experiences,and gave Hebei province inspiration;analyzed the current status of the new-type urbanization construction in the underdeveloped areas of Hebei Province,summarized the achievements,problems and causes of the urbanization construction.After in-depth study,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The new urbanization construction in the less developed areas is related to the overall situation of urbanization.It is an important component of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It needs the Party,government and society to attach great importance and support.It also should be a serious analysis new situation and new background of current new urbanization.As soon as possible to change the backwardness of the face,so that people completely out of poverty.
