In recent years,China's insurance industry is undergoing a big step forward in the development stage,particularly in 2014 performance.In this year,the state introduced a series of major favorable policies,the insurance industry has undergone major reforms.For example: "the State Council on accelerating the development of modern insurance services,a number of opinions" on the development of modern insurance industry made clear and detailed requirements."Second generation" system construction,tax and extension policies,respectively,from the internal supervision and external tax promotion to play an important role in the insurance industry.China Insurance Regulatory Commission on the use of insurance funds reform,breaking the use of insurance funds imprisonment,so that the operation of insurance funds more flexible.These favorable policies like promoting agents,promote the insurance industry,the aircraft carrier in the wind and waves,high-speed forward.China's current development of the insurance industry,the insurance industry in the form of a good,irresistible force.But both opportunities and challenges,the insurance industry has also led to a two-tier competition caused by the phenomenon.Such as China Life Insurance,Ping An Life Insurance and other large life insurance companies in the country as early as the establishment of time,with abundant funds,coupled with policy support,so the development of a good situation,accounting for a larger share of the market.For small and medium-sized life insurance companies,although they have an advantage in quantity,but due to time,money and many other factors,resulting in a relatively small share of the market in the market competition at a disadvantage.The emergence of small and medium-sized life insurance companies will undoubtedly promote the diversified development of the market,which brings fresh blood to China's life insurance market and promote the healthy and vigorous life insurance market.This paper takes Sinatay Life Insurance as an example to study the development strategy of sinatay life insurance companies.The purpose of this paper is to study how small and medium-sized life insurance companies can achieve healthy development in the tide of social transformation.Taking the Sinatay Life Insurance Company as an example,this paper studies the current development of the company and puts forward strategic guidance for the future development of the company.In the course of the study,this article focuses on the classical case analysis and related literatures,combined with the actual methods of the insurance business,Such as the letter Thai Insurance Company's SME development to provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference model.Based on the research of Sinatay Life Insurance Company's strategic management theory,this paper uses the common PEST analysis method in the development strategy to analyze the impact of the external environment change on Sinatay Life Insurance Company from four aspects,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Xintai Insurance Company.challenge.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Sinatay Life Insurance Company by establishing SWOT model and summarizes the opportunities and threats faced by Sinatay Life Insurance Company,and draws the conclusion that SIEC should implement the growth strategy.Combining with the actual development of Sinatay Life Insurance Company,this paper also puts forward the three-step strategic plan of "keeping one upgrade and stronger".
