Research On Satisfaction Degree Of Relocation Policy Of Shantytown In Whhai City

The transformation of shantytowns is an important way to improve people's living conditions and promote the development of urbanization.In the process of urbanization,how to solve the problem of housing demolition and resettlement in shantytowns is a key factor in the construction of modern cities.In recent years,in the process of turn shantytowns into new housing areas across the country,placed a lot of satisfaction is not high,especially in the relocation in the years after,place of living standards,the development environment is limited in many respects,such as,this not only caused the resettlement of discontent,to a certain extent,also affected the grassroots,is not conducive to social harmony and stable development.Resettlement households are the main body of housing demolition in the process of shantytown reconstruction.The government should adhere to the people-oriented principle and promote the satisfaction of resettlement residents.Under this background,this paper analyzes the shanty towns in the process of transformation,the satisfaction degree of the residents' housing demolition resettlement,and carries on the thorough research to this problem,to found the problem,and enhance resettlement households from overall satisfaction,at the same time can also reflects the people-oriented principle,to promote social harmony and stable development,has important practical value and significance.Based on the field survey method,empirical analysis method and other research methods,this paper takes wuhai city as the research object,and on the basis of summarizing relevant concepts,analyzes the current situation of the renovation of rundown areas in wuhai city in recent years,as well as the current situation of the demolition and resettlement of residential houses in the renovation of rundown areas.Subsequently,this paper designed relevant questionnaires,issued and collected questionnaires to relevant residents of wuhai city,adopted the method of regression analysis,conducted empirical analysis on the satisfaction of displaced residents in the process of shantytown reconstruction,and finally put forward corresponding policy recommendations.On the whole,the research of this paper found the following problems:(1)through descriptive analysis of the data,it is found that the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of urban-rural integration demolition and resettlement mainly include: Respondents personal characteristics,education level,family income),different living condition before resettlement indicators for building structure,placed before the distance(road),public service class index(placed)shopping convenience degree before and after the change,community services and property management index(of the resettlement residential area environment satisfaction,satisfaction with community service facilities for resettlement,the resettlement village community service,satisfaction with the degree of satisfaction for resettlement residential property services),land expropriation compensation indexes(for relocation degree of satisfaction,satisfaction to compensation costs)etc.(2)through the regression analysis of questionnaire data,in the process of the transformation of rundown areas in wuhai city,the highway distance before the settlement of residents,the way to enhance the resettlement of property services in the resettlement community,and the satisfaction degree of resettlement cost compensation all show a positive correlation with the satisfaction degree of housing requisition and resettlement.Due to education,there is a negative correlation between the expropriation,relocation and resettlement of residents' houses in the process of shantytown reconstruction.Other factors have no significant influence on the satisfaction of housing requisition,relocation and resettlement in the process of shantytown reconstruction.(3)to ensure the reasonable and efficient demolition and resettlement of the houses of the residents in shantytowns and improve their overall satisfaction,various means combining demolition and resettlement methods and compensation methods should be adopted to diversify the resettlement methods.At the same time,we will improve the demolition and resettlement of housing in rundown areas,formulate scientific and reasonable compensation schemes for the demolition and resettlement of housing in rundown areas,and improve the overall satisfaction of the households in the demolition and resettlement of housing in rundown areas.
