Complex Product System Supplier Management Research Based Upon Life Community Conception

Complex product systems refer to large-scale products,systems or infrastructure with high R&D costs,large scale,high technical content,single or small batch customization,and high integration.Truck liner is a typical complex product system.The development of complex product systems can not leave the support from suppliers.This paper makes an in-depth study on the theory of supplier management,especially comparing supplier management of complex systems with supplier management of general products.At the same time,based on the research on the supplier management system of a typical complex product system manufacturer,including the advantages and disadvantages of the existing management model,the supplier management theory based on the concept of "community of life" is put forward.In order to verify the theory,this paper makes an in-depth study of the supply chain and supplier management status of the truck liner,taking the example of the Commercial Aircraft Company of China,ltd.,(COMAC),which is responsible for the development of the large Chinese aircraft.This paper summarizes the strategic considerations and difficulties encountered by COMAC in building its existing supply chain,and combines them with the complex domestic and foreign political and economic environment.This paper puts forward some ideas,schemes and suggestions for the follow-up optimization of supply chain based on the theory of "life community".This paper mainly studies the following aspects:1.Arrange the existing supplier and supply chain management theory.2.This paper analyzes the supply chain and supplier management system built by international benchmarking enterprises such as Boeing and Airbus.3.This paper summarizes the principles,characteristics and existing supply chain construction of large passenger aircraft suppliers,and analyzes the domestic and foreign political and economic environment of COMAC and the significance of these factors to supply chain construction and supplier control.4.This paper puts forward the main ideas to solve the difficulties faced by COMAC and improve the efficiency,stability and security of the existing supply chain,as well as the implementation plan of these ideas.Through the research of theory and case,this paper puts forward the supplier management theory based on the concept of "life community",analyzes the connotation of this theory,and puts forward the supplier management strategy based on this theory.The "community of life" concept put forward in the paper will further transform the concept of project-based cooperation and product development through cooperation under the "OEM-Supplier" model into project-based cooperation and project-based cooperation into enterprise cooperation.Relying on the cooperation of enterprises,it will eventually form a stable and efficient solid force to ensure the development,production and operation of the project,and achieve the ultimate goal of ensuring the commercial success of the project.The "Life Community" concept has expanded the traditional "OEM-Supplier" model of complex product system supplier management and is an effective attempt to manage complex product system supplier under the Chinese manufacturing environment.It will provide useful suggestions for the supplier management of other complex product system manufacturing industries in China.
