Aviation industry is a national strategic emerging industry,which has strategic,economic and military significance for the country.Under the impact of the big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other high-tech technology,the collaborative development of aviation products should cope with the new challenges of industrial upgrading.As a result,it has to improve innovation ability,shorten development cycle and reduce development cost.The efficient resource allocation is an effective and essential mean to the collaborative development of aviation products,meanwhile industrial cloud platform provides a new thoughts for solving this key issues.This research takes the present situation of resource allocation of aviation products collaborative development and the demand of industrial cloud applications as a starting point,and analyzes the content of industrial resource allocation based on industrial cloud.Then,this research presents an industrial cloud-based framework for the collaborative resource allocation of aviation products,and builds a cooperative game model of resource allocation in order to make collaborative individual profit and overall profit maximization.The research objective can be generalized as providing a solution for the collaborative resources allocation of aviation products development and a feasible method for making resource allocation plans.The research contents are summarized as follows:First of all,through systematically analyzing of the current status of collaborative resource allocation,this research points out that the aviation industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is the main development mode,and puts forward a life cycle theory which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the internal resources allocation.At the same time,combined with the industrial cloud platform framework and resource structure,this research discusses the feasibility and necessity to solve the problem of resource allocation in the industrial cloud environment.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of resource allocation,this research describes the object,behavior body,target and configuration level of resource allocation,as well as industrial cloud application in each stage of aviation product collaborative development.The industrial cloud-based framework of collaborative resource allocation of aviation products is built including platform management center,layer of collaborative development resource,industrial cloud platform and users.Furthermore,this research illustrates the cooperative game in collaborative research and development in two ways,which includes the rationality of participants and game equilibrium conditions,and constructs the cooperative game model which aims at the maximization of coordinating individual profit and overall profit.Based on this,this research analyzes the influence of industrial cloud on the game model,and uses Augmented Lagrangian Function to solve the model and analyzes a calculation case.The validity of the model is verified.Finally,on the basis of above results,in order to solve the problem of resource allocation for collaborative development of aviation products,this research puts forward some suggestions.The solution includes precisely positioning the integration of resources,building an industrial cloud-based platform for the allocation of resources,reducing operating and management costs,making the incentive plan for main research subjects,establishing and improving the coordination mechanism,standard and regulations.Besides,this research summarizes the whole text and points out the shortcomings of the existing research and the direction of future research. |
