"Dinning counts most for people,of which safety comes first." Food safety is a people-supported project,which is not only related to the stability of the country and society,but also related to the healthy life and life safety of the public.Implementing the "food safety strategy" is an important strategic task of building a "healthy China".In 2017,the State Council released the national nutrition plan(2017-2030),one of its priorities,to consider the organic combination of food safety and nutrition improvement.However,in recent years,there have been frequent food safety incidents,such as melamine,clenbuterol and Shanghai Fuxi incident.It has not only exposed the poor quality management of food production enterprises,but also caused unnecessary panic to People's Daily diet and personal safety,and even tarnished the national image.Therefore,how to ensure the quality and safety of food production enterprises,and how to ensure the delicious taste on the tip of the tongue,it is particularly important and of great practical significance to establish an effective food safety management system within food enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part,putting forward the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and method,and research innovation.Part two,expounding the concept of food safety,analyzing the current situation of food safety at home and abroad as well as domestic laws and regulations concerning food safety.Export ISO22000 food safety management system,explain its definition,purpose and content,and explain the difference and connection with HACCP.Part three,through the introduction of J food company and the analysis of the current quality management status,the quality problems in the production process,logistics transportation and retail end are mainly analyzed and studied through a large amount of data.Using methods such as causal diagram and Pareto analysis(arrangement diagram).Clarify the necessity of establishing ISO22000 system in J food company.Part four,researching on establishing ISO22000 food safety management system in J food company.The establishment of food safety management system is promoted by establishing food quality policy and goal,planning functions of each department and establishing HACCP plan.The key control points(CCP points)and the corresponding corrective and preventive measures are established.According to the principle of the judgment tree model through the analysis and evaluation of food safety hazards.And the requirements for its verification and continuous improvement are clarified.Part five,analyzing and studying how to obtain the best quality level,and evaluate the operation status of ISO22000 quality management project of J food company.Which is based on the three elements of quality,progress and cost control of engineering management project.Part six,putting forward the conclusion and summarize the deficiencies.The innovation of this paper lies in the research on the quality management mode of the meat products production enterprises which run by chain brands,the analysis of the food safety risks involved in the enterprises,and the combination of the latest food safety laws and regulations.In order to improve the quality management level of enterprises for their own responsibility,for the majority of consumers to provide safety and security products as the goal.To maximize the improvement of the overall management capacity of enterprises,and hope to have a reference value for the quality management of related food enterprises.
