Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.At present,China's employment situation is still grim,the total employment pressure is still high,and structural contradictions are very prominent.Doing pioneering work is not only a successful experience in alleviating employment pressure,but also an important way for China to accelerate economic growth and transform its economic structure.As a minority area in northern China,XilinGol League focuses on the overall economic and social development,takes the employment as the main line and actively tries to practice the training project with local characteristics,such as the use of Mongolian language teaching,the establishment of the "ten unification" management system,the promotion of Internet +entrepreneurship training,and has gained some experience and achievements.In some problems,such as the low enthusiasm of the trainee,the structure of the teaching staff is irrational,the teaching methods of training institutions are not variety,and the lack of the relevant evaluation criteria and the tracking mechanism,failure to maximize the effect of policies to promote entrepreneurshipthe,quality and effect of the training are affected.This article focuses on the subject of XilinGol League SYB training of doing pioneering work,and goes deep into the research objects of the trainees,lecturers and institutions,based on human capital theory,expectation theory,goal setting theory and adult learning theory,through literature survey,questionnaire,interview analysis and other methods,this paper makes an analysis of the objects involved in SYB entrepreneurship training,the key links in its implementation and the follow-up services after implementation,find problem and research the cause of formation.The details are as follows:(1)For entrepreneurship training trainees,combined with local entrepreneurship environment,we should enhance and improve entrepreneurship awareness,entrepreneurship character,entrepreneurship ability and so on.(2)In addition to meeting certain basic conditions,entrepreneurship training lecturers should focus on age,educational background,practical experience and other factors,improve the team structure,increase the strength and methods of selection and training,and ensure the opportunity and space for promotion.(3)Entrepreneurship training institutions to build a demonstration effect as the goal,in the aspects of software and hardware facilities,management and service mode,use of funds and other efforts to improve the social satisfaction and competitiveness.(4)On the basis of standardization of curriculum content,we should advocate individualization and humanization,keep up with the development of new technologies and industries,develop training textbooks for different industries and different subjects,and try to incorporate entrepreneurship training into university education system.(5)According to the principles of practicability,adaptability,practicality and flexibility,we should abandon the simple acceptance teaching method and improve the degree of curriculum participation.(6)Define the main body and responsibility of management,innovate management methods,and set specific quantitative evaluation parameters and standards for participants such as trainees,lecturers,institutions and so on.(7)To explore the reasonable and effective service means and ways to strengthen the industry organization,the sharing of resources,the formation of multi sectoral linkage,to carry out the effective implementation of public policy in the capital,technology,information,project site,etc..
