There are a number of problems in the field of income distribution in our country, such as too large income gap, unfair distribution, etc.Among them, unfair income distribution, ineffective governance, slow reform and so on in state-owned monopoly industries may be hinder the process of income distribution reform. For a long time,by virtue of their monopoly position and institutional advantages,state-owned monopoly industries won the high monopoly profits, and under the circumstance of the absence of owners and imperfect bonus system, most profits are not shared by all the people, but they are divided by internal staff in the industry, which brings a series of negative effects, such as the residents' income gap has been expanded and the owners' interests have been damaged.Based on this, taking state-owned monopoly industries as the research object, this thesis tries to deeply explore their income distribution situation and the influence mechanism on income gap and owners' interests, and then puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.First of all,it reveals the status of income distribution in state-owned monopoly industries from the perspective of primary income distribution and governmental redistribution, and the study found that the laborers' actual returns are higher in terms of primary income distribution, which is embodied on the status that the wages of employees in the industry are higher and the growth is faster, and their welfare allowances and other extra-wage incomes are also very high. However, the returns of owners of capitals and resources are lower, which is embodied on the status that the submitting proportion of corporate profits in the industry is lower and the resource rent is greatly deficient; In the link of government redistribution, the Ministry of Finance provides high fiscal subsidies for state-owned enterprises in the monopoly industries, and when the submitted profits are redistributed, most of them are returned to the enterprises;Secondly,on the basis of industry monopoly theory and factor income distribution theory, this thesis discusses the theoretical mechanism of factor income distribution and its effect of state-owned monopoly industries; Then, through introducing a model, this thesis measures the monopoly nature of state-owned monopoly industries and the influence of factor income distribution on residents' income gap,and study found that the influence of residents' overall income gap is higher that of urban residents' income gap,and at the same time,it also aggravated the poverty of low-income residents;Thirdly, based on the theory of factor income distribution according to contributions,it introduced the transcendental logarithm production function so as to measure physical capital contribution degree and compare with the actual returns, and then it measures the interests loss of the owners of state-owned monopoly industries. Finally, aiming at the previous research results, this paper proposes that the monopoly should be reduced continuously, the competition should be introduced properly, and at the same time, the entry barriers of other workers in the monopoly industries should be reduced; The employees' wages and welfares should be managed and controlled; The profit delivering proportion and the proportion that the delivering part was put into people's livelihood construction should be improved;Departments of collecting resource rent should be set up,and then the rent should be converted into residents' disposable income. In this way,the income gap can be narrowed and the owners' benefits loss degree can be reduced.
