In keeping with the trend toward economic globalization and the challenges of knowledge economy,many enterprises have been exploring and taking a brand new innovation model,namely Distributed Innovation,featuring the advanced knowledge management base so as to seeking global configuration of innovation resources.A lot of enterprisesand researchers pay attention to DI,the degree of resource sharing among participating enterprises,especially the degree of knowledge transfer,undoubtedly determines the performance of DI and even success or failure.Knowledge transfer can occur either in distributed innovation enterprise or in an individual,knowledge among the distributed innovation team members is constantly increasing value in the flow,and whether the smooth flow of knowledge among members depends mainly on individual knowledge transfer motives and willingness.We should explore the relationship between individualism-collectivism tendency and individual knowledge transfer willingness,especially in the distributed innovation contexts.Based on the theory and thought of knowledge collaboration and team effectiveness,and using the method of structural equation modeling and taking distributed innovation team as the research object,the relationship between distributed innovation and individual knowledge transfer willingness is studied,and brings individualism-collectivism tendency as the moderator,this study puts forward a relatively research model and hypotheses.There are three parts in this essay: firstly,by combing a large number of recent literature both at home and abroad,we put forward new theoretical conceptual model and three research hypotheses;the second part is collecting the sample data;lastly,we have reached the following conclusions through reclaiming 182 effective questionnaires.The thesis confirms the hypothesis of this research and draws three main conclusions:DI has a positive effect on the individual knowledge transfer willingness;Individualism tendency moderates the relationship between distributed innovation and individual knowledge transfer willingness,When Individualism tendency is more positive,this positive relationship is weaker,even can be translated into a negative one;collectivism tendency moderates the relationship between distributed innovation and individual knowledge transfer willingness,When collectivism tendency is more positive,it is positively related to the relationship.To sum up,this study explore the relationship among DI and individual knowledge transfer willingness and individualism-collectivism tendency,and put them into a unified theory research framework.Finally,we provide a theoretical and practical for the distributed innovation organizations.
