Research On The Support System Of Independent Innovation Ability Of Chinese Enterprises

Building an innovative country,comprehensively improving the independent innovation capability of enterprises and promoting modernization is the core of the country's innovation strategy.Accelerating the establishment of an enterprise-centered independent innovation system is an important task for China.With the rapid development of China's economy,various contradictions and constraints are also accumulating.The way to maintain economic growth by relying on high investment and high consumption is urgently needed to change,and independent innovation is the most fundamental and effective strategic choice.At present,improving the independent innovation capability of enterprises has become a central link in adjusting the economic structure,transforming the growth mode,and improving the competitiveness of the country and the region.Therefore,a correct understanding of the connotation of independent innovation capability of enterprises,building a support system for independent innovation of enterprises,timely grasping the effects of independent innovation activities of enterprises,guiding enterprises to continuously improve their independent innovation capabilities,has been one of the major problems that must be solved in our face.This paper first introduces the definition,significance and research status of independent innovation and the theoretical basis of this topic.The third chapter gives the support system of independent innovation ability of enterprises,and analyzes the support system of independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises in detail.At the same time,combined with the reality of China's independent innovation and put forward the significance of establishing a support system for independent innovation of enterprises;then,it reviews and analyzes the status quo,deficiency and causes of independent innovation and its supporting system in China;The construction plan and policy recommendations of the innovation support system;finally,the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this paper in some aspects.The innovation of this paper is to comprehensively apply the theories and methods of management,innovation and system engineering.Based on the analysis of the independent innovation ability of domestic and foreign enterprises,the support system of independent innovation ability of enterprises is established.
