Automated storage/retrieval systems are applied more and more widely in the logistics industrial for their own advantages,so lving the problem of low efficiency of the old-fashioned warehouse.But automated warehouse brings high efficiency and it also will need a lot of energy consumption.In the early stage of the development of automated warehouse,people ignored the control of energy consumption because of the pursuit of high efficiency of warehouse.With the increasing serious environmental pollution,the research on energy-saving and emission reduction have gradually increased.The logistics industry also needs to develop in the direction of green logistics and low-carbon logistics.So the energy consumption optimization research for automated storage/retrieval systems is imminent.The research content of this paper is divided into two major parts.The first part assumes that the type of goods is same,that is the same turnover rate and the same weight,studying the shelf properties,the number of stacker carriers and the stacker speed characteristics of automated warehouse how to affect the stacker operating energy consumption.Considering the comb ination of the horizontal and vertical velocity characteristics,the travel time model of the stacker is developed.Then,we make force analysis on the stacker machine in horizontal and vertical directions,getting the power calculation model.Finally,according to the travel time model and the power model,the validity of the model is tested and analyzed through various numerical experiments.And the sensitivity of the model is analyzed.The second part is to study the impact of different cargo space allocation strategies to the energy consumption of warehouse.Taking the single stacker machine as an example,we can get the travel time value and the energy consumption value under per unit of mass for every cargo space of the shelf according to the travel time model and the energy consumption model established above.Then,cargo space allocation models are constructed basing on the cargo turnover rate,weight and the combination of the two.Finally,through simulation analysis,this paper compares the impact to warehouse operation time and energy consumption of four kinds of cargo space allocation strategies including random cargo space allocation strategy,and also analyzes the sensitivity.Through numerical simulation experiments,this paper summarizes and analyzes the influence of shelf attributes,number of stacker carriers,speed characteristics of stacker and different cargo space allocation strategies on the stacker travel time and energy consumption.This paper also puts forward the realization way of energy consumption optimization of automated storage/retrieval systems from the perspective of warehouse planning,operation and equipment setting.
