Research On Development Of Electronic Banking Channel Of Jiangsu Branch Of JT Bank

Under the new economic situation,the marketization of interest rates has been gradually promoted and the Internet finance has developed rapidly.The challenges faced by the banking industry in our country should not be underestimated.The profit growth has been narrowed,so it is crucial for the commercial banks to seek new profit growth by transforming their business models.As an important distribution channel,e-banking channel plays a decisive role in the strategic transformation of commercial banks.E-banking channels are effective measures to ease the pressure on the counter,improve the profitability level,achieve the business transformation and enhance the bank's core competitiveness.On the one hand,commercial banks promote the development of e-banking channels through traditional channel advantages;on the other hand,it supports and promotes the consolidation and development of traditional businesses through the development and expansion of electronic channels.The promising future of electronic channels make it a new profit center for commercial banks.This thesis takes JT Bank Jiangsu branch as a case analysis to analyzes its current situation and problems of the construction of electronic banking channels.Through using the ARMA model to predicate the future development trend of electronic banking channels and the questionnaire to analyze the user application of electronic channels,we can sum up such problems in the construction of electronic banking channels,like the lack of the idea of advance awareness of platform construction,unbalanced development of the construction of electronic banking channels,some security risks and the immaturity of information technology and analyse the reasons for these problems.According to the characteristics of the JT bank Jiangsu branch,combined with success cases of the construction of electronic banking channels and the analysis of new ideas of internet enterprises in the background of internet finance,this thesis put forward the following suggestions to the construction of electronic banking channels in JT Bank Jiangsu branch:(1)strengthen the sense of competition and create advantages of electronic bank brand;(2)increase the construction of mobile finance and rich electronic banking channels;(3)broaden the channels of customer experience and promote electronic banking service quality;(4)strengthen risk prevention and promote the healthy development of the construction of electronic banking channels;(5)enlarge sale power and improve the awareness of electronic banking channels.
