In the development of market economy,the customer must be the main resource of enterprise competition,also become the symbol of enterprise competition ability.Without a solid customer base,there will be no market,let alone the great development of the enterprise.The customer provides the benefit source for the enterprise,so that the enterprise can develop and expand.So reasonably allocate the limited enterprise resources to retain customers,optimize enterprise organization structure,production of products to meet customer demand,provide to the satisfaction of customer service,reasonable management solution will maximize meet customer satisfaction,at the same time also make customers and common development of the enterprise,establish win-win situation of mutual balance,common development and progress.Since other organization structure adjustment,VT company was founded in 2015,in just two years,annual sales of more than 1200 from growth to more than 5500,customers increase to 12,with the products and volumes are growing a lot,customer management is also becoming more and more problems.Based on the current status of VT,through internal and external investigation,the key factors influencing the company's large customer management are obtained.The weight of these factors in customer management is obtained by analyzing the weight of the factors.In combination with the actual company and business situation standard,the objective evaluation of large customers;Take advantage of each key factor score of each key factor,and then summarize the sum,and get the comprehensive impact score of each major customer on VT.Using this classification results step by step,from the perspective of key factors,according to the characteristics of different influence to each type of customer management plan formulation,and the management plan implementation after the forecast for the benefit of the company,through the benefit analysis,see the management plan formulation and implementation of the impact on the company's long-term development.
