The Internet has connected the needs of the public,accelerated the efficiency of information dissemination,and broke the spatiotemporal restrictions in traditional transactions.From shopping to social network,from travelling to food ordering,with the increasing trend of mobility,a variety of emerging Internet business models are profoundly affecting the daily life of the public.As an abstract conception that covers a wide range of contents,the business model is a logical expression of enterprise value creation.Nowadays,the competitions among enterprises are not the competitions between specific products and services,but the competitions between business models.The rapid rise of Internet giants such as Taobao,Amazon and Alibaba witnessed the decline and flourish of LeEco,Yahoo,and Uber.With the increasing change of business environment,if a enterprise wants to survive in the fierce market competition,it is necessary for him to constantly improve and innovate his own business model.With the proposing of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Public Innovation” and “Internet Plus”,Internet business model has attracted widespread attention from politicians,scholars and entrepreneurs.Innovating Internet business model effectively is the key problem to be solved.As an emerging topic,theoretical researches related to Internet business model are still in the development stage.Firstly,based on the knowledge mapping theory,this thesis systematically reviews the related literature of WOS core data collection by using CiteSpace software,and analyzes the publishing situation,main research force,research focus and core literature of the Internet business model.The study finds that the intermediary effect of America is obvious and it has a great influence on the researches of Internet business model.Academic studies focus on management innovation,value exploration and technology integration.The core literatures formed seven natural clusters.From the perspective of management,competitive advantage and organization change play a dominant role.From the perspective of value,value definition,value evaluation and emerging business models are the main directions of studying.The technology perspective focuses on information technology and application of emerging technologies.Based on the status quo of Internet business model,the author interviews the company executives listed on “the New Three Board”,qualitatively analyzing the interview data by three phase encoding method.This thesis generates the system theory of Internet business model innovation which can be applied in wide range.Then,this thesis analyses the theory of the Internet business model innovation mechanism,exploring the logical relationship between innovation opportunity recognition,demand value mining,resource capacity analysis,innovation process operation and innovation result evaluation.This thesis also discusses 17 common factors of Internet business model innovation,such as the macro environment,industry environment,leadership traits,enterprise culture,target users,user demand,tangible resources and intangible resources,internal management ability.Finally,according to the different stages of business model innovation of T company,the thesis makes a practical application of the Internet business model innovation mechanism,and verifies the validity of the theoretical model.Business model innovation is carried out in the black box of enterprise.Through the exploratory research,this thesis makes the steps of Internet business model innovation transparent and improves the Internet business model innovation research system,which has certain guiding significance for enterprises to innovate the Internet business model in the actual operation and management activities.
