| With the deepening of globalization,more and more countries are participating in international competition,and international cooperation is becoming more and more closely."The Belt and Road" is a national cooperation initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013.Just a few years' time,"The Belt and Road" initiative creates a new platform for cooperation among countries and regions.And the transnational merger and acquisition of Chinese enterprises in the region also ushered in a new stage of development.However,because of the complex environment in this area,but there are many cases of failure.Therefore,it is very important to identify the risks faced by Chinese enterprises in the area of transnational mergers and acquisitions.This paper will systematically discuss the risks faced by Chinese enterprises in this area and give corresponding countermeasures.First of all,this paper compares and analyzes the current situation of Chinese enterprises' cross border mergers and acquisitions from the two aspects of the global scope and “The Belt and Road”,and focuses on the analysis of the merger risk situation in the “The Belt and Road” from three aspects of region,industry and subject.Secondly,it collated relevant literature for risk research of transnational mergers and acquisitions,and determined the dimensions and influencing factors of Chinese enterprises' crossborder M & a risk in this area,selects indicators that can accurately and objectively reflect the connotation of each dimension,and establishes a risk assessment system for cross-border mergers and acquisitions.Finally,we collected 117 cases of Chinese enterprises' cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the past 2007-2016 years as evaluation samples in “The Belt and Road”.In this paper,the entropy method is used to evaluate the indicators of the samples,and the results are analyzed,which provide an objective evaluation suggestion for the Chinese enterprises in the area of transnational mergers and acquisitions. |
