with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living level,The rapid development of credit card business is also coming,in the past ten years,more and more people have accepted credit card.Credit card has become an indispensable part of people's life.With the rapid development of business,credit card risks are becoming more and more complex.Credit card fraud,theft and other incidents occur from time to time.Credit card business is facing more and more problems.Therefore,how to effectively prevent and control credit card risk has become an important issue for banks.This paper used qualitative analysis to comb out the relevant theoretical knowledge of credit card risk,providing a strong theoretical basis for the research and analysis of the paper.Taking the credit card risk management of Jiangxi Branch of P Bank as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the current credit card business of P Bank deeply,points out the problems existing in the process of credit card business risk management of P Bank,such as the single selection mode of target customers,the lack of risk review capacity and the lack of support for third-party data validation,and puts forward solutions to these problems.The main innovation of this paper focuses on sorting out the risk degree of all kinds of customers,and guiding the front-end credit card promoters to give priority to the low risk customer group and stop or prudently carry out promotion for some customers of the higher risk,based on the historical risk performance of all kinds of credit card customers of P Bank.At the same time,according to the historical risk performance of credit card customers of P Bank,a risk early-warning model is established.
