Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Listed Commercial Banks Under The Background Of Internet Finance

The listed commercial banks are important part of financial system in China,the conditions of management status affect their foothold and development in the financial market,at the same time,it affects the stability of the whole financial system in our country.In recent years,the rapid development of Internet Finance has brought a huge impact on the listed commercial banks,the Internet company continues to introduce similar business with commercial banks in the financial field of payment,financial management and so on,to seize market share,has brought the huge impact for the listed commercial banks operating conditions,effects on the financial performance of commercial banks.Based on the background of Internet Finance,this paper evaluated the financial performance of listed commercial banks,it can provide scientific guidance in investors participate in bank securities,funds and other investment activities,listed commercial banks to understand their financial performance level;the state to improve financial related policies.At the first,the paper introduced the concept and method of financial performance evaluation of commercial banks,the development of Internet Finance,genetic theory is used to analyze the genes of Internet financial enterprises,it laid a foundation for selecting the financial performance evaluation index of listed banks.Secondly,the paper discussed the current financial performance evaluation index of commercial banks,which reflected the "three" bank profitability,safety and liquidity of the financial performance evaluation index,but in the Internet financial environment,the use of the existing commercial bank financial performance evaluation index had been unable to meet the needs,joined the commercial bank financial performance evaluation index to reflect the Internet financial gene,which reflects the innovation,scale,growth index.Then the financial data of listed commercial banks in China are 16 financial index analysis,and summed up the scale factor,safety factor,profit factor,development factor,solvency factor five common factors by factor analysis method,calculates the factor scores and comprehensive score and ranking.Among them,the financial index analysis provides the basis for explaining the rank of factor analysis score.Finally,according to the results of factor analysis,this paper put forward some suggestions to improve the financial performance of listed commercial banks in the background of Internet Finance.State-owned commercial banks should innovate products and services,improve profitability,control the growth of risk assets,improve security;reform the old management model and improve the efficiency of decision-making.The joint-stock commercial banks should maintain moderate asset liquidity,improve debt paying ability,formulate detailed development plan,improve growth ability,launch special products business,and improve market share.City commercial banks should increase the scale of banking operation base on locality,speed up the innovation of intermediate business,improve the development ability,attract high-quality talents and optimize human resources.
