The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee was held in 2013.During the conference,it was proposed that in today's economic globalization,enterprises should be encouraged to carry out ownership reforms.Among them,the employee stock ownership plan is the key to achieving the combination of corporate capital,management,and labor force.This means that the employee stock ownership plan will set off a frenzy in the Chinese market.After this,the state has introduced a number of policies and guidance on the relevant employee stock ownership plans.The significance of this is self-evident.Employee stock ownership plan as an incentive plan is mainly to use employees to hold the shares of the company to promote the enthusiasm of the employees,in order to promote the future economic development and value growth of the company.In China,the employee stock ownership plan started relatively late and the foundation is relatively weak.Therefore,although many listed companies have recently launched the employee stock ownership plan of the company,many of them are still in the early stages of development or are unable to carry out various problems in the implementation process.Or the incentive effect is not ideal or even has a negative impact on the company.We chose to study the listed company's employee stock ownership plan in this context with profound significance.This article takes the second employee stock ownership plan of J Group Company as a case for research and analysis.The overall analysis of the specific process of the implementation of employee stock ownership plans,as well as the incentive effect after implementation,the analysis of a series of problems in the implementation process,to find out the countermeasures,and to implement the employee stock ownership plan for listed companies in China.Made targeted recommendations.In the case description section,the brief situation of the J Group company was described,and the reasons for implementing the employee stock ownership plan were analyzed to determine the motivation for the implementation of the plan.Then introduced the basic principles of the employee stock ownership plan of J Group Company.In order to lay a foundation for the case analysis in the following paragraph,this article introduces the relevant holders and management modes in the implementation plan.In the case analysis section,this paper mainly analyzes the initial effect of the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan from the company's profitability,operational capabilities,and the company's stock market response.From the preliminary results,the employee stock ownership plan has a certain degree of development of the company.enhancement.Finally,through the above analysis,summarized the J group co.Ltd.The problems that exist in the implementation process,and puts forward countermeasures in view of the problems,and put forward the future for listed company employee shareholding in the aspect of policy and with the development of the company's advice.
