Research On The Investment Promotion Of Pu County Government

Investment attraction is an indispensable factor in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,government investment has played a leading role in the economic development of the whole country and the region.This includes not only promoting the reform and innovation of enterprises,employment mechanism and production technology,but also the change of the whole social industrial structure and the rapid development of China's economy.In the future,the revitalization and development of local economy,investment attraction is a necessary strategy.With the rapid development of investment attraction,a series of problems have emerged in the functions of the government.It is an urgent task for local governments to redefine and transform their functions in the context of new economic development.Therefore,to improve the government's ability to attract investment and establish a sound policy of attracting investment,we need to make joint efforts.In this paper,on the basis of existing research,combined with my experience in the investment promotion and capital introduction work,by using literature method,interview method,for the government investment promotion and capital introduction related theory to a large number of literature reading and collection,the pu county is responsible for investment promotion and capital introduction of related line workers interview research,understand the problems in the practical work,found that pu county investment promotion organizations,industry structure,the ground construction,method of cooperation,as well as some problems.According to the interview,there are four factors that lead to the disadvantage of attracting investment.The investment promotion method is old,and the degree of investment promotion specialization is not high.Insufficient investment environment;The assessment method is not reasonable.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as clarifying government functions,strengthening industrial guidance and investment promotion planning.Innovate the way of attracting investment and improve the degree of specialization;Optimize the policy mechanism and environment of investment attraction;To introduce talents and support leading enterprises of jinshang to return to the countryside to startbusinesses;Improve the investment assessment mechanism and enrich the main indicators.These Suggestions and countermeasures are expected to provide theoretical and practical help to the investment attraction work in pu county.
