Study On Public Financial Services In Commercial Banks

Commercial Banks in China are endowed with important public properties and the special public functions,are very different from commercial Banks in western developed countries,so we need in terms of theory and practice to explore the public service of commercial bank.Commercial Banks,especially community Banks,provide public financial services to small and micro businesses,community residents and rural economy in the grass-roots level of the national economic system,is an important part of deepening the reform of the financial system and building an inclusive financial system.In recent years,the domestic many small and medium-sized Banks are trying to explore public financial services,but tThe theoretical research of public financial services is slow in China,and the theoretical system of public financial services is not perfect.This paper takes the public financial services of N community branch of bank of jiangsu as an example,draws on the experience of foreign commercial Banks' public financial services,combined with the reality of China's economic development environment and the direction of financial development in our country,discusses the commercial Banks to fulfill the public function and the necessity and the urgency to perfect public financial services,through a case study to analyze the current situation of our country commercial bank development of public service.On the basis of the study,in view of the new normal economic and public financial demand,this paper probes into the rationality of the marketization of public financial services of commercial Banks in China,about the present situation of domestic public financial services of the erroneous zone puts forward some improvement measures,in order to public financial services of commercial Banks in China have a more accurate positioning,the financial system reform of our country has important theoretical significance.
