A Research On Public Entrepreneurship Supported By The Taizhou Municipal Government

"Public entrepreneurship" came into being as the country's accelerating implementation of innovation-driven development strategies and the initiative to adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development.The government strengthened the guidance,service and supervision of popular entrepreneurship and promoted the formation of a wave of public entrepreneurship.The public entrepreneurship can create a new engine of economic growth.A good support for entrepreneurial system is one of the important factors to promote the success of public entrepreneurship.The Taizhou municipal government promulgated 30 policies for entrepreneurship and enrichment,but the economic development effect driven by the new economic impetus is not obvious.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have few studies on the government's support for the theory of mass entrepreneurship.Local governments have not yet formed a systematic mechanism to support public entrepreneurship.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research,and uses literature review,comparative and case analysis methods to collect first-hand information on the status quo of Taizhou City's support for public entrepreneurship,through field interviews,telephone interviews,and questionnaire surveys.Finally,the statistical analysis results are analyzed and summarized.To analyze the problems and causes encountered in the process of entrepreneurship,through the investigation of the Taizhou City government's support for the status of mass entrepreneurship,focusing on the development of Taizhou,combing entrepreneurial policies,advancing the situation,creating space,the business environment and the implementation of supporting policies.Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the Taizhou City government to support the public entrepreneurship with reference to the advanced experience of domestic and foreign governments in supporting entrepreneurship.The research results of this paper can not only provide a theoretical basis for the government to support mass entrepreneurship,but also provide reference value for the relevant government departments to formulate related supporting services and guidance policies,as well as increase the public entrepreneurial success rate.
