| The revision of the new Labor Contract Law in 2013 strictly cleared quantity of labor dispatching jobs in enterprises shall not exceed 10%.C company,had carried out several batches of labor reforms in recent years,to select excellent staff dispatching employees for conversion to contract employment.As a result,there are more than a thousand "labor dispatching staff'.These employees have had a greater change from the professional attitude,career expectations,personal positioning,etc.How to quickly stimulate such employee groups effectively has become a new problem and to be solved urgently.The purpose of this study is through the research on the change of the psychological contract of the labor dispatching cornversion staff,to targeted looking for the shortcomings of existing incentives.Then through theory and practice,to study the issue of effective incentives to improve the problem.In research methods,the paper first defines the relevant concepts,and studies on incentive theory and incentive theory based on psychological contract.Then through statistical analysis,questionnaires and interviews,and at last,using the t-test statistical analysis method.Through studies,we have learned the shortcomings in the incentive mechanism mainly summarizes several problems in the dimension of transactional,developmental and relational psychological contract.First the mismatch between salary growth and employee expectations,and the imbalance between performance evaluation and employee value.Second,the training system and the employees' requirements are not synchronized,and the position development and employee planning are not coordinated.Last,the organizational care and employee expectations are not synchronized,and the communication mechanism and employee needs are not synchronized.Combining with the problems found,we put forward targeted incentive measures,from the level including salary,performance,job development and cultural construction and so on.In the research sense,the study will help to mobilize the work enthusiasm of the company's labor dispatch system,quickly improve the company's overall human resource allocation efficiency,and strengthen their sense of identity and belonging to the company culture.We also expect to play the role of tube in the jigsaw,and bring practical reference value to the research continuously promote enterprises and institutions to further improve the encouragement and care of conversion staff.And then,promote the overall social labor and employment management and organizational management to a higher level. |
