Research On The Development Of Inclusive Finance In QZ Country Banks

On the premise of unchanged technical means and costs of traditional financial services,a large number of low-income groups are excluded from the same financial services,resulting in the lack of financial services for the poor in rural areas,"agriculture,rural areas" and small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to finance,financing is expensive.As a new financial medium to optimize the allocation of rural financial resources and supplement the supply of rural financial services,country banks undertake the responsibility of providing financial services for rural areas and vulnerable groups.Inclusive Finance is also widely recognized and concerned in such an environment.At the G20 Summit,the introduction of Inclusive Financial indicators has made China's Inclusive Financial work a national strategy,and China will usher in a golden age of Inclusive Financial development.The establishment and development of village banks in China is an important way of inclusive financial practice.QZ Country Bank was founded by Zhengzhou Bank as the sponsor of the joint social capital,in the national poverty-stricken counties,Henan Province universal financial pilot county QS County.The bank is committed to serving the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",small and micro enterprises and urban poor groups in QS County,making its own contribution to the construction of inclusive financial system in QS County.This study is based on the same target group of the development of Inclusive Finance and village banks,and briefly expounds the importance of village banks to Inclusive Finance and the operation requirements of village banks.On this basis,taking QZ Country Bank as the research object,this paper first introduces its basic operation,the internal and external environment and current situation of the development of GSP finance.This paper introduces the impact of the development of Inclusive Finance in QS County on the banks of QZ villages and towns from the geographical point of view,and the impact of Zhengzhou Bank,the sponsoring bank,on the development of Inclusive Finance in QZ villages and towns.Secondly,it analyzes the construction of financial services and financial services system of small and micro enterprises in the area where QZ Country bank are located,and the relationship between financial institutions and consumers on the supply and demand of financial products.Then,it finds out the main problems faced by the bank in the development of inclusive finance: first,from the perspective of internal management,it has great resistance to adhere to the positioning of "small support for agriculture";second,from the low coverage of inclusive finance,the lack of soil for rooting inclusive financial policies;third,from the perspective of the support of inclusive financial credit,consumer groups and inclusive financial benefits.The contradiction between supply and demand of financial products is prominent.Fourthly,from the perspective of the external environment of inclusive finance,the use of various preferential policies of the government by QZ Country bank is insufficient and the policy advantages of the pilot counties are not brought into play.Finally,starting from the problems and drawing lessons from the classical practices in the field of Inclusive Finance proposed by the regulatory authorities,this paper tries to find solutions so as to optimize its internal management,expand the coverage of inclusive finance,improve the external development environment,strictly guard against financial risks,and improve the current "three rural" and small and micro enterprises in QS county and other low-income groups.Financial cost is high,financing is difficult,and financing is slow ".
