With the development of Internet finance,the intelligent trend of commercial banks is imminent.However,the intelligent construction of commercial banks has not achieved the desired effect.At present,the current situation of smart banks in China is to introduce novel intelligent equipment to the network.Instead of changing the original work on the counter,the traditional system,process and system have not changed.The employees of the network still use the traditional thinking to manage the "new" network,and finally make the construction of the intelligent bank stay in the "construction" stage,and it is difficult to produce practical efficiency.The purpose of the intelligent construction of commercial banks is to replace the traditional counter service mode by intelligent service mode.This paper is intended to refer to the theory of user acceptance behavior,planned behavior theory,perceived risk theory,customer experience management theory,and the current situation of Z bank intelligent construction,which may affect users to accept the use of intelligence.All the variables of the bank can be used to construct the theoretical model of this study,and put forward the theoretical hypothesis to provide innovative suggestions for breaking the existing post setting,assessment mechanism,operation management system and related supporting facilities of intelligent construction for the development of commercial banks' intelligent construction.The complete subversion of the model of the unified banking service.This paper mainly adopts three research methods: first,literature research.Through consulting a large number of books,academic papers and other related documents,and so on,appropriate quotes the marketing theory and summarizes the previous research results,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Second.Questionnaire survey.This paper will use questionnaires to collect customers' acceptance of intelligent Z bank.Through the way of questionnaire,the data is collected,the reliability and validity of the survey data are tested first.Then the basic characteristics of the intelligent service customers are analyzed.Finally,the analysis results of the statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0 are used to lay the foundation for the customer type analysis in this paper.Third,TAM model method.Because each commercial bank and the user have different degree of rationality at different stages of the intelligent bank,it adapts to the environment through interaction,coordination and learning,and constantly adjusts strategy.Therefore,this paper intends to focus on the behavior characteristics of banks and the public in intelligent banking services,find out the laws and find feasible countermeasures.Through the review of domestic and foreign commercial bank related online banking business development,I know that compared with foreign research,domestic research focuses on introducing new theories and influencing factors into the original technology acceptance model on the Internet bank level and using structural equation to carry out a large amount of research.At the level of intelligent network construction service,there are few references.The research content industry mainly concentrates on the development status and development prospect of intelligent commercial banks,and makes less systematic analysis on the acceptance behavior of the intelligent service customers of the bank network.According to the current situation of Z bank intelligent construction,this paper makes clear the existing problems and shortcomings of Z bank,analyzes the existing customer status,because TAM model has a good applicability for the study of user acceptance behavior.So on the basis of the TAM model analysis,this paper finds different customers from the perspective of customer relationship management.Behavior characteristics make personalized service,so that Z bank will maintain its leading position in the increasingly competitive market.
