Along with the prosperity of financial market and vigorous development of real economy,the connection between enterprises and capital market becomes more and more active.As far as enterprises are concerned,connecting with the capital market can not only provide financial support for daily business activities such as production,sales and technical research and development,but also provide financial guarantee for the future strategic development of enterprises.As far as capital market is concerned,exploring and investing enterprises with development potential can not only obtain rich returns,but also support the development of the industry by means of capital.However,in practice,connection between enterprises and capital market is not very smooth,especially some problems existing in the process of connection between SMEs and capital market which has become a common concern in the financial field and industry in recent years.The research object of this paper is the Sino-Russian Express Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as the "Sino-Russian Express" or "Company"),which is a small and medium-sized enterprise engaging in supply chain management business.It has an excellent business model but needs financial support in the development process.Its profit scale is not big but it has good growth space.It is a typical small and medium-sized enterprise.This paper systematically analyses the value of equity investment of the invested enterprise and the situation of the investor's current round of investment from the perspective of the third party.Methods closer to the actual needs of capital market investment enterprises,through macro-analysis of investment environment factors,analysis of factors affecting value creation ability of Sino-Russia Express,analysis of investment value,the investment plan is obtained.The paper also uses some standardized models such as PEST model and comparable company valuation method to analyze the equity investment value of the China-Russia Express,study the problems encountered in the process of connection between China-Russia Express and capital market,analyze the performance of both sides during negotiation and put forward some concrete opinions on their attitudes and practices.In the end,we will analyze the results by analyzing the value of equity investment of China-Russia Express and propose some suggestions for the connection between SMEs and capital market.
