In recent years,China's trust industry has developed rapidly,and the assets scale has grown rapidly,becoming the second largest financial sub-industry in China.As an important member of China's financial system,the competitors of trust companies are facing not only the competition of banks outside the industry,fund subsidiaries,securities firms,but also the competition of other trust companies in the industry.Focusing on the connotation,evaluation,measurement and influencing factors of the core competitiveness of trust companies,this paper studies and discusses the core competitiveness of trust companies.Starting from the general connotation of the core competitiveness,the definition of the core competitiveness of trust companies is given,and the evaluation system of the core competitiveness of trust companies is constructed.The factor method carries on the empirical analysis and obtains the ranking of the comprehensive score of the core competitiveness.Combining with the main factors affecting the core competitiveness of trust companies,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper holds that the core competitiveness of trust companies is the ability of trust companies to effectively exert the advantages of trust origin system.The origin of trust is to be entrusted by others and to manage financial affairs on behalf of others.Trust companies should further explore the market positioning and business model,effectively exert the unique functional advantages of trust,such as flexible system,wealth inheritance and extensive investment.They should focus on the main business of trust,create a differentiated exclusive zone,strengthen the ability of asset management,active management and risk management,and provide customers with a full range of resources.Orientation is actively managed to maximize the benefits of beneficiaries and to form a unique and advantageous wealth management brand.
