| In recent years,the Chinese government and the public have paid more and more attention to the ecological environment condition,which has led to the development of environmental protection market represented by atmospheric environmental monitoring into a hot emerging industry.With the expansion of the market,some large enterprises have entered the field of atmospheric environmental monitoring through diversified development.Many local small enterprises compete for local markets based on local advantages.As a company that entered the atmospheric environmental monitoring field early,S Company is facing increasingly stimulating competition.Therefore,exploring how to adapt to changes in the market environment and formulating an effective development strategy has become a topic that S Company urgently needs to study.Using the case analysis method,this paper takes S Company as the research object,uses PEST analysis model to analyze the operating environment of S Company,and uses SWOT analysis model to analyze the current opportunities and challenges of S Company.The paper proposes some development strategies,such as strengthening the upstream unit relationship and the sales system construction,improving the after-sales capacity building,and enhancing peer cooperation and the guarantee of strategic implementation.The paper and its research conclusions will provide useful reference for the strategic choice and strategic guarantee of other SMEs in the same industry. |
