The core enterprises,banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial chain are facing the trend of business transformation with the development of social economy.As a new business model,supply chain finance can satisfy all parties' demands from the perspective of the whole chain.As a core enterprise in the trade circulation field of the industrial chain,Company A tries to realize the smooth flow of capital flow and credit flow in the industrial chain by integrating upstream and downstream resources,laying out online platforms and arranging logistics systems.By providing customized financial services to a certain process or branch of the supply chain,and integrating resources such as information,capital,logistics,supply chain finance improves the efficiency of capital use,creates credit value,and reduces business risks.Each company in the supply chain is closely linked,and behind every capital demand must imply a real trading background and a real trading behaviour.Regulatory tools such as verified trade conditions,third-party or self-controlled ownership of goods,and third-party or self-operated logistics have further improved risk management.The development of supply chain finance from offline to online does not change the actual function of itself,but reshapes its business model and risk management technology.Online supply chain finance improves the information efficiency of financial institutions,makes business processes more convenient,and reduces offline operational risks;supply chain finance realizes the visualization of "four flow" of business data.Through the visualization of information flow,capital flow,logistics and business flow,it is possible to establish an early warning system with multiple indicators of concern.From the steel industry to steel trade and to steel B2 B and non-ferrous metal supply chain,company A has gradually established a business framework for supply chain finance.And through years of self-operated or certified logistics layout,company A acquired the HD steel of the online trading platform created by the company from new over-the-counter market to achieve the accumulation oftransaction data,layout non-ferrous metal supply chain to achieve cross-industry supply chain,financial sector test of commercial factoring companies,financial leasing,and trying to establish the supply chain financial capital business model.However,Company A still has problems such as undecided strategic planning,inconsistent organizational leadership,and unclear industrial infrastructure advantages.In this regard,based on the distribution of existing supply chain resources of Company A,this paper proposes a strategic planning of supply chain finance gradually,fully utilizes financial technology to achieve the visualization of“four flow” of supply chain,and construct proposals for external capital channels of supply chain finance,to provide references and suggestions for company A and other core supply chain finance companies that in the process of strategic transformation.
