Credit risk as the main risk faced by Banks,credit risk assessment has become the core link of bank credit risk management.In order to accurately assess credit risk,advanced rating methods need to be improved.In June 2004,Basel 2,introduced the internal rating method to evaluate the credit risk,through the establishment of internal rating system,requiring banks to increase sensitivity and assessment of the risk ability.Since then,banks in various countries have set about establishing their own internal rating system and realized effective management of global banking risks.Agricultural bank of China started the implementation project of the new capital agreement in May 2006 and established an internal rating system for non-retail customers.After continuous supplement and improvement,it was approved by the CSRC in 2014.But it's not retail customers internal rating system there are still some problems in actual operation and management,influence the accuracy of the internal rating results,is not conducive to agricultural bank risk management of retail customers.Therefore,this paper studies and proposes a perfect management strategy for The ABC non-retail customer internal rating system.The relevant studies of bank internal rating based on the domestic and foreign literature was summarized and carding,clear,on the basis of the research status at home and abroad,according to the theory of information asymmetry and risk management theory as the foundation,the agricultural bank of China,the retail customer internal ratings management were discussed.First of all,on the whole situation and general situation of credit risk management,from the internal rating data management,internal rating model and internal rating system three aspects analyzes the agricultural bank of retail customers the status quo of internal rating system and sums up the agricultural bank of non-retail customers internal ratings management achievements.Secondly,analyze the agricultural bank of retail customers question of managing existence of the internal rating system:internal rating model,including industry evaluation lag and no comparable,qualitative analysis depends on the expert subjective judgment,quantitative analysis is highly dependent on data quality.Internal rating systems and data aspects,including system architecture decentralization and data irregularity;In terms of internal rating management,including untimely rating adjustment,backward rating concepts and the quality of risk personnel need to be improved.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures to solve these problems in order to improve the internal rating management of agricultural bank's non-retail customers.The research in this paper can improve the management of the internal rating system of agricultural bank's non-retail customers and improve the level of credit risk management of agricultural bank.At the same time,the research of this paper can also provide some references for other domestic commercial Banks to improve the internal rating system management of non-retail customers.
