As China's economy and the world economy become more integrated,China's banking industry is facing a major transformation of the international political and economic pattern.The appearance of "Internet" third-party payment not only provides favorable transaction payment protection for network marketing,but also radically changes the time and space constraints of traditional financial services.Especially the impact of commercial banks retail business is even greater people can pay through the Internet Alipay and other third parties to complete the transaction without going to the banking network waiting in line.The "Internet" referred to here,simply put,is the traditional industries of the Internet,which can share resources,share information,market marketing,etc.,with the help of the Internet.Bao,WeiLiDai,easy to pay,and so on,have created competitive pressure on the retail banking business of commercial banks.In order to cope with market competition,commercial banks have also taken active actions to carry out online banking business with the help of the Internet.To constantly innovate various financial services products to cope with the competitive pressures of retail banking business.ZS Bank was founded in 2004,with a registered capital of 11.5 billion yuan.With more than 213 branches and net profit of nearly10.9 billion yuan in 2017,ZS Bank successfully listed in Hong Kong in 2016.In order to deal with the pressure from market competition,how to develop retail banking business has become an important research topic.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the background,significance,current research situation at home and abroad as well as research ideas and methods,and then analyzes the related concepts and theories in order to provide the theoretical basis for the research.Then taking ZS Bank as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of commercial bank retail banking business development,and uses SWORT analysis method to analyze the competitive strategy of ZS Bank retail banking business development,such as strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Then it analyzes the factors of the development of the retail banking business of ZS Bank;then puts forward the development countermeasures of the retail banking business of ZS Bank;finally summarizes the development of the retail banking business.Adoption of this paper This analysis and research can help ZS Bank to improve the management level of retail banking business,strengthen the market expansion of retail banking business,and effectively prevent and control all kinds of business risks arising therefrom.So that ZS Bank retail banking business in the fierce market competition to gain an advantage.Moreover,the paper can also help other commercial banks to carry out retail banking business.Therefore,this paper also has certain theoretical and practical significance.
