The commercial factoring company in our country was booming since it started to try out in 2012,especially combine with implement of financial policy of mutual benefit.The outstanding impact of fund-raising result in commercial factoring companies had a tremendous growth of total scale in this industry last few years.However,with the coming of Big Data era and development of financial technology,there is an incoming revolution about traditional commercial factoring companies.In the future,their competitive advantages in merely focus on fund rising might be face to decreasing gradually.In the meanwhile,the industrial logic would be rebuilt by new developed commercial factoring companies,which focus on collectivization and deeply serve the new financial mode regarding to industrial train and supply chain.Face up to fierce revolution of commercial factoring industry,it is a ‘to be or not to be' topic to some small or middle sized companies.This article is mainly in research of QY commercial factoring company through the strategy of company's development.It not only aimed at offering an effective strategy in the future development of QY commercial factoring company,but also provided a reference for peer companies.In this article,there was an in-depth discuss about status quo of QY commercial factoring company,which relate to existing problems in company,then followed by a fundamental macro environmental analysis and SWOT to find out opportunities and threatens outside as well as advantages and disadvantages inside.It provided a detailed reference for company's development in the future.According to research,Jilin QY commercial factoring company with its marketing positioning in supply chain of mineral water,and its relative product was positioned in category of green mineral water system commercial product.The company was implementing differentiated strategies,such as promoting specialized commercial product,creating a new path in working with core companies,increasing QY brand value and structuring selling system.To ensure the successful implement of development strategy,the corresponding safeguards are provided from five dimensions,including organization,capital,human resource,skills and system.
