The momentum of online advertising development is swift and violent,and present and the trend of the multimedia mutual integration and common development.Effective integration of online advertising resources,saving the cost of network advertising operation,malicious competition,the prevention and control of network advertising industry to crack down on illegal,false advertising,not only concerns the vital interests of the network advertising practitioners,more important problem facing the network advertising regulatory authorities.Set the framework in this paper pursues "found the problem,analyzing problem,solving problem" research train of thought,first of all,through the case analysis,clear practical significance and the necessity of network advertising regulation,can make people on the intuitive clear network advertising there are regulatory problems cannot be ignored.Secondly,starting from the basic concept,the evolution history of online advertising and elaborates the definition,at the same time the network advertising regulatory definition is defined,and puts forward the theory of network advertising regulation and social basis.Thirdly,analyzes the present situation of network advertising regulation in Hunan Province.On the one hand,this paper introduces the present situation on the development of online advertising in Hunan Province,on the other hand,from two aspects of policies and regulations and regulatory perform analysis of the current situation of Internet advertising supervision of Hunan Province,provide the reality basis for further analyzing the problems existing in the supervision.On this basis,the network advertising regulatory problems in Hunan Province are put forward.This article from the regulatory agencies,supervision object,supervision system,regulation,implementation of the four aspects elaborated the Hunan Province in the online advertising regulatory problems,and carried on the thorough discussion for each problem.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to perfect the network advertising regulation in Hunan Province.Aimed at existing problems,and in the process of Internet advertising supervision of Hunan Province network supervision corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.On the regulatory body,to promote the integration of network advertising regulatory body reasonable;On the regulatory object,must strengthen the network advertising regulatory object of regulation;On the regulatory regime,to improve the system of Internet advertising supervision;On the regulatory implementation,to implement the network advertising regulation is carried out.
