With the development of economy,the contradiction of Professional Production and diversiform demand increasingly deeper.The demand for logistics effectiveness is becoming more and more strict.The distribution center plays a key role in the operation of the logistics system.The problem has become the focus of attention.How to improve the distribution center management and operation level,has become a topic for experts and scholars to discuss.Warehouse operations as an important part of the operation of the distribution center operations,the efficiency and cost of the decision whether the entire distribution center is efficient,low-cost operation.Whether it is a traditional warehouse or automated warehouse,picking operations are an indispensable job in warehousing operations,the operating time can account for more than half of the total operating time of the system.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency of picking and reduce the distance of walking.In this paper,first,through a large number of literature review,the previous experts and scholars in the genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm,cuckoo algorithm and fish bone layout,picking path optimization issues are reviewed,and the process of warehouse picking operations and commonly used Picking strategy for a theoretical study.Among them,the picking path strategies include: S-path strategy,return path strategy,the return of the mid-point strategy,the maximum distance-type strategy,hybrid strategy.Secondly,this paper mainly studies the setting of fishbone layout warehouse and some basic assumptions of picking model,and establishes the optimization model of picking path in fishbone layout warehouse,and then designs any two picking points in fishbone layout warehouse The distance between the formula.Thirdly,the optimization design of picking path in fishbone layout warehouse is carried out for genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and cuckoo algorithm,and the arithmetic of three algorithms is realized by MATLAB.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and cuckoo algorithm,this paper randomly selects 10 orders containing 10,20,30,and 40 picking points for calculation.By analyzing the calculation results,The best performance of the cuckoo algorithm in fishbone layout picking path optimization is followed by the ant colony algorithm and finally the genetic algorithm.In this paper,we optimize the picking path of fish bone layout warehouse and carry out in-depth analysis.By comparing the performance of genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and cuckoo algorithm,it has certain theoretical significance to the research of picking strategy,Certain practical significance.
