Government Behavior In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Yandu District,yancheng City

In recent years,many regions have continuously launched the Year of Rural Tourism,promoted “charm villages” and launched new experiences and new trends in rural tourism.Chinese rural tourism has entered a period of golden development and has gradually become a new engine for regional economic growth.Looking at the development of rural tourism in China,the development of tourism products is closely related to the support and guidance of governments at all levels.In recent years,Yandu District of Yancheng City has built a large tourism pattern of “a lake,a region and a lap”,and has been positioned according to the themes of “lake wetlands,ecological salt,the most beautiful countryside,and leisure resorts” and the image orientation of “a colorful salt city and a happy water town”.Conscientiously implement the spirit of the “Three-year Action Plan for Rural Tourism Development in Jiangsu Province(2016-2018)”,strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure,create a good rural tourism environment,develop the potential of rural tourism resources,and make every effort to create rural tourism products and promote rural areas.Tourism has become a major characteristic tourism industry in Yandu District of Yancheng City.Based on the theories of new public service theory,government behavior externality theory,public product theory,and sustainable development theory,this paper takes the concrete measures of the rural tourism in Yandu District of Yancheng City and the government to promote the development of rural tourism as the basis for in-depth exploration of the government's To promote the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Yandu District and its causes,it puts forward the problems of insufficient government support,lack of market supervision and management,and insufficient supply of public goods in the development of the government,and analyzes the reasons for the development of the Yancheng City.The optimal countermeasures of government behavior in the development of rural tourism in Yandu District will be provided in order to provide new ideas and new templates for the development of rural tourism in the new phase of Yandu District.The research conclusions show that:(1)The development potential of rural tourism in Yandu District of Yancheng City is huge,and the congenital conditions are relatively better in terms of plasticity than the tourism resources base.(2)The current situation of rural tourism development in Yandu District of Yancheng City has both good and bad points.There are still a lot of explicit or implicit or normal problems in development or regional miscellaneous diseases.It is imperative that the public management and market operations participate in the group's attention and attention.(3)Adapting to local conditions and changing with time,the cause of the government's promotion of the development of rural tourism in Yandu District cannot be generalized.For how to solve and alleviate the development problem from the source,we need to use a combination of boxing to scientifically formulate relevant countermeasures.To effectively promote regional sustainable development,we can achieve the core purpose of this study.
