Cooperatives came from the period of intensification of the contradiction between productivity and production relations in capitalist society.Their special organizational methods and functions conformed to the historical trend of socialization of production, became a tool for the poor against capital exploitation under the oppression of capitalism, and even served as a capitalist society. The tools of the transition are used.As it is of great significance in alleviating social conflicts, both developed and developing countries, cooperatives are valued as a relatively important economic and social force and have achieved considerable development. However, with the development and expansion of cooperatives, many problems have been exposed, especially in the country where the development of such a cooperative is lagging behind. In addition to the economic efficiency of the most concerned cooperatives, the most prominent problem is the alienation of cooperatives. In the discussion of the alienation of cooperatives, most of them study the use of cooperatives only as a tool for the poor to get rich or as a government policy tool, based solely on the assumption of “economic man” and using transaction costs—revenue theory, property rights theory, and other institutional analysis. The performance of alienation of cooperatives was analyzed, and the reasons for alienation were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The aim was to transform the theory of cooperatives by achieving a balance between fairness and efficiency, aiming only at the “ Pareto improvement ” of all parties involved in cooperatives, and making the development of cooperatives possible. The research and understanding of the problems shown in the studies are too one-sided.This paper stands on Marx's historical materialist standpoint and analyzes the emergence and development of cooperatives in the context of contradictions between the socialization of production and private ownership of the capital of production, and inspires the research of the cooperative through the study of Marx's theory of alienation. The concept of the new connotation, that the problem of alienation of cooperatives is mainly "members are subject to capital control problems," and established a method to study the alienation of cooperatives based on the values of the members of cooperatives.Based on this concept of value, the nature of cooperatives is established in the aspects of property rights, control rights, management rights, and distribution rights, and serves as the basis for discriminating the cooperative alienation.A comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the alienation of cooperatives,a dialectical perspective on the attitudes that dissimilated cooperatives should hold, and suggestions on preventing dissimilation of cooperatives. |
