A Research On Risk Management Of Financing Assurance Based On The Business Of M Company

The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has played an important role in promoting national economic development,due to the small and medium-sized enterprise generally has small size,insufficient strength,and has a strong financing needs.However,due to the small and medium-sized enterprise own existence of small scale,weak management and low anti-risk ability,those characteristics made bank in order to avoid risk to not loan for them,when the small and medium-sized enterprises apply for a loan,the bank will set up a threshold and make lending conditions.Lower loan ratio contradict to higher financing needs,will cause a negative impression on development.Financing assurance's existence solved this problem.But guaranteeing for small and medium-sized enterprises still has a high-risk.How to reduce the financing assurance risk is a currently problem still needed to be solved.In this paper,for the problem of the high-risk of small and medium-sized enterprises financing assurance,we researching on the existing research results,help us increase the understanding of the risk management of financing assurance,at the same time,listed the related theory of financing assurance and risk management,found the solid theoretical basis.Then,through analyzing M financing assurance company's business processes,its business process can be divided into four parts,respectively are former investigation,guarantee the implementation,after management,identify the risk of t,and risk the assurance business,introduce the control methods at each stage.Finally,based on the case analysis and thinking of M company,summarize the cases,and explain M company's financing assurance business risk management in the analysis of existing problems,put forward related policy suggestions to solve the problems that exists in perfecting the financing assurance risk management.
