As the extensive economic growth in China continues,enterprises,as the main body of economic activities,are confronted with such problems as insufficient industrial concentration,the deterioration of factor-market environment,the diminishing marginal utility of demand-side policies,the mismatch of market supply and demand as well as their own problem of large scale with deficient capacity after the realization of their synergetic development in scale.Consequently,these enterprises are undergoing a severe test for survival and growth.Side-supply reform has been proposed to effectively address the prominent problems in China's economic development during the critical period of the transformation of economic growth model and structural adjustments in economy,which underlines the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the supply system.On the other hand,serving as an important approach and means for the sustainable development of enterprises,corporate synergy,is intrinsically to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.As a result,there is an internal connection between supply-side reform and the pattern of corporate synergy.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to study enterprise development in pattern of corporate synergy under side-supply reform.At the beginning,this thesis proposes and analyzes the feasibility of the internal structural reform of enterprises based on side-supply reform in regard to the status quo and the problems existing in the synergetic development of Chinese enterprises.In the next place,taking XY Group's development model as a study case,it analyzes the synergetic development of XY Group through its internal structural reform of management fashion and framework in pattern of corporate synergy.In addition,the comparative analysis is applied to focus on the competitiveness of synergetic development of XY Group before and after its structural reform and that of XY Group after structural reform compared to other similar enterprises.In the end,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the synergetic development of enterprises in China based on side-supply reform according to the inspiration of the case study of the synergetic development of XY Group.The study finds that it is a strategic option for enterprises' synergetic development at present to conduct the internal structural reform so as to adapt to the economic environment under side-supply reform,which will contribute to the intensive development of enterprises.The case study on XY Group has proved that internal structural reform is workable to improve enterprises' overall synergetic efficiency and advance their synergetic development,which can provide some useful reference for other similar enterprises.
