Intelligent manufacturing is an innovative manufacturing model which combines the virtual network with the entity production.The scheduling in intelligent manufacturing is the real-time deployment and management of the online virtual platform based on the process feedback data on the entity manufacturing under the line.Further research on scheduling problem in intelligent manufacturing can guide enterprises to better adapt to the frequent adjustment of production organization and dynamic change of product demand under the condition of global market competition.At present,domestic and foreign scholars focus on the internal scheduling of enterprises,namely,job shop scheduling,and lack of practical research on scheduling between enterprises.Therefore,this paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing scheduling method based on multi Agent cooperative feedback evolution mechanism,which can be used to deal with the complex and changeable situation among enterprises.This paper takes the scheduling of industrial chain in intelligent manufacturing as the direction,based on the multi Agent theory,we innovate the collaborative feedback evolutionary scheduling method,and make a theoretical research and application verification.Firstly,based on the research on the application and research status of intelligent manufacturing scheduling,the importance and urgency of studying the intelligent manufacturing scheduling method is clarified.Secondly,based on the multi Agent theory,this paper proposes the evolution mechanism of collaborative feedback,designs a framework of multi Agent system based on cooperative feedback evolutionary mechanism,and discusses the scheduling process centered on task decomposition,initial scheduling,monitoring feedback,evolutionary re scheduling.This paper analyzes the characteristics of information model in intelligent manufacturing,and puts forward a unified scheme of manufacturing information virtualization,including manufacturing enterprise,manufacturing task and bidding information.According to the scheduling process,the manufacturing process is modeled,and a comprehensive evaluation system of "process" and "result" is constructed.Then,the resource selection rules of process tasks and complete tasks are put forward.Based on this rule,tabu search algorithm is combined with Matlab to program the scheduling process.Finally,the operability and correctness of the cooperative feedback evolutionary scheduling method is verified by a scheduling example of the production process of electric vehicle parts.Through the research of this paper,the related technical problems of inter enterprise collaboration in the field of intelligent manufacturing scheduling are explored.An intelligent manufacturing scheduling method based on multi Agent collaborative feedback evolutionary mechanism is applied to deal with dynamic transformation and cope with abnormal events by means of super flexibility,so as to achieve deep cooperation,multi cooperation,free cooperation and competition cooperation among multi Agent.It lays the foundation for the further development and promotion of intelligent manufacturing,and provides an innovative way for virtual manufacturing and entity manufacturing.
