| The relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance has always been a hot issue in practice and theoretical research.However,at present,there are few researches on the organizational culture of such a special economic organization such as cooperatives.Cooperative culture is the core problem of the cooperative movement,rooted in local Chinese farmer cooperatives,the organization culture and China local social cultural soil,social memory fit,directly affects the cooperatives operating performance,related to the success or failure of the cooperative movement.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational culture,this paper tries to discuss how the co-operatives' efforts in organizational culture can bring about changes in the cooperative performance.Firstly,on the basis of existing research results,using the organizational culture theory,cooperative theory,modern human resources management theory and organization cost theory,discusses the cooperative group culture forming path,connotation and structure of cooperatives and cooperatives performance culture,provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical research and practice of cooperatives culture.Secondly,by using the questionnaire survey method of management psychology,the basic structure of the questionnaire was determined through structured interviews,and the pre test questionnaire was compiled,and 113 valid questionnaires were obtained.By analyzing the reliability and validity of the pre-test questionnaire,the formal questionnaire was established.In the formal questionnaire test,249 valid samples were obtained,and the exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis of the formal questionnaire showed that the questionnaire used in this study has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the research needs.Finally,using the statistical software AMOS17.0,the paper uses the structural equation model to test the relationship between cooperative organizational culture and cooperative performance.The following main conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)the formation path of cooperative culture is divided into three aspects: first,the establishment and dissemination of cultural values of cooperative organizations;Second,interpersonal influence and institutional strengthening;Third,the influence of cooperative leaders.(2)the cooperative culture consists of five dimensions: membership participation,membership development,market orientation,purpose and system specification;Cooperative performance is mainly composed of two dimensions: cooperative economic benefit and membership satisfaction.(3)the economic benefits of cooperatives are mainly influenced by the participation of members and the two dimensions of purpose.The higher the participation of the members,the better the economic benefits;The cooperative has a clear goal and good foresight for the future,the better the organization's economic benefit.(4)the two dimensions of membership participation and purpose of cooperative culture have a significant positive impact on membership satisfaction,while membership development and institutional norms have no significant impact on membership satisfaction.The main policy suggestions are as follows:(1)expand the scope of training and training of cooperative education and improve the quality of training.(2)enhance the enthusiasm of the cooperative members to participate in the daily affairs management of cooperatives.(3)co-operatives should set up a clear development goal.(4)the co-operatives should adhere to the market oriented development. |
