| Backdoor listings as a way to market,relative to the IPO has a very big advantage,it can save a lot of time,simplify the cumbersome process,around a lot of limitations,backdoor listing provides a can make the enterprise to realize capital to accelerate the expansion of convenient channel.Backdoor listing has long been a topic of theory and practice,this article through to tianrun backdoor listing of the case study analysis of science and technology,using entropy and TOPSIS method to evaluate its performance,some conclusions and expectations to provide guidance and reference for other enterprises backdoor listings.Firstly,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status of backdoor listing,and expounds relevant theories and concepts.Secondly,the process of the backdoor listing of tianrun technology is analyzed,and the reasons for the listing of the shell and the reason of the shell object are analyzed.Again,using the entropy and TOPSIS method to tianrun technology backdoor listing six years before and after performance through the contrast analysis of a combination of both financial performance and non-financial performance,comparative evaluation of tianrun technology performance before and after the backdoor listing in 2013,the results show that the performance of the backdoor listing of good performance before the backdoor listing,at the same time,choose the same time,the same industry by way of IPO listing of yan tong dairy comparative analysis,it is found that the performance of yantang dairy industry is better than tianrun technology,so it is a suboptimal choice to choose the IPO method under the condition of conditional permission.Finally,by tianrun technology successful backdoor listing of the case,from the choice of the ways of listing,backdoor listing some problems that should be paid attention to,the use of external resources from three aspects put forward some experience and enlightenment can be used for reference,aims to provide guidance for others. |
