| The state council has put forward the "Internet plus" action plan in the government work report,and promoted the "Internet plus government " to the national strategic level.《 The implementation plan of the "Internet plus" action plan(2016-2020)of yangjiang city 》has clearly stated that by the end of 2020,more than 90% of the online processing of online process of government departments will be handled online,and e-government will become the main way for the government to carry out public administration services.At the same time,the rapid growth of the electronic government has led to a series of information imbalance problems with information island,information security,information explosion which are becoming more and more intense.Information ecology is a theory of coordinated development of people,information,technology and social environment.It can simplify and abstract the complex relationship between e-government subjects and provide a new interpretation framework for the complex relationship between e-government elements in the information environment.Therefor,On the basis of summarizing the theories of information ecology at home and abroad,this paper draws on the theory of information ecological chain structure in the ecological system theory,taking the e-government of the yangjiang local tax bureau as the research object,and further investigates the existing problems of e-government information ecological chain structure in yangjiang municipal tax department and proposes the optimization measures.This paper introduces the basic concepts and the general significance of e-government information ecological chain structure elements and models for analysis and elaboration,and provides the theoretical basis for full text research.Taking the e-government of the yangjiang local tax bureau as the research object,the functional analysis method was adopted to construct the e-government information ecological chain structure model of yangjiang local tax bureau,and the structural model was analysed by the fishbone analysis method from the influencing factors,and the specific problems in the four aspects were obtained,which were not high quality nodes,unscientific combination,uncoordinatedinteraction and incompatible information environment.Based on the construction experience of domestic and foreign e-government,and based on the e-government information ecological chain optimization guidelines,this paper proposes the optimization measures to improve the e-government information ecological chain structure in yangjiang municipal tax department. |
