Study On United Investment Promotion Mechanism In Dayawan Rim New Zone

For integrating resources and promoting coordinated development from different area,Dayawan Rim New Zone constantly explore the effective united investment promotion mechanism among Huiyang District,Huidong County and Dayawan Zone.In recent years,Through building platform,holding investment promotion seminar associating with three places(Huiyang,Huidong and Dayawan),visiting enterprises and sharing project resources,Dayawan Rim New Zone structure a united investment promotion mechanism.However,the three sides did not create a community of interests so that the motivation is insufficient;furthermore,the three places do not under direct control of New Zone and this lead to a weak restraint with the three place;the joint investment promotion working mechanism had a little the result.In this thesis,the author applying the research idea of “identifying,analyzing and solving”,through searching literature and field investigation,based on the operational situation of the joint investment promotion working mechanism,and the industrial development and investment promotion of Huizhou District,Huidong County and Dayawan Zone,to analyses the situation and found the real issue of the problem: “The encouraging mechanism have not effectively build,the operational mechanism lack of execution,the coordination mechanism weakened and the protection mechanism failed,etc.” It is believed that the root cause of the related problems is the defects of the system design,the impact of the policies and the influence of personnel factors.In response to the existing problems and influencing factors of the current united investment promotion mechanism of Dayawan Rim New Zone,combined with typical successful cases of united investment promotion mechanism at home and abroad,and drawing on successful experiences,this thesis raise the suggestion and countermeasure to improve the united investment promotion mechanism in the Dayawan Rim New Zone----proposing an innovative working system,establishing and improving the investment promotion cooperation mechanism,establishing regional investment promotion cooperation and sharing mechanisms,establishing recruitment mechanisms for investment promotion talents,and exploring market-based investment promotion mechanisms.Establishing the united investment promotion working mechanism is the important method to drive the regional economic synergistic development.The research findings of this thesis can provide working advice on Dayawan Rim New Zone,enrich the theoretical research and offer theoretical references for the regional joint investment promotion.
